Selby Leisure Centre
Kumite (Sparring) and Squad training
Each Saturday morning at 9am we train in an upstairs dance studio at Selby Leisure Centre. It's a fabulous, wooden floored, air-conditioned room, with mirrors down one side.
There's loads of parking and a great little cafe for refreshments afterwards!
