Paul Kotowski 6th Dan Teaches At SSKC

Last week we had the honour of training with Paul Kotowski Sensei (6th Dan IJKA) when he visited Selby Shotokan Karate Club and took our senior classes.

Paul Sensei has been studying Asai Ryu Karate (the same style as JKS Karate) for many years and was a kohai and assistant to the late Kato Shihan.

They were both really enjoyable sessions full of loads of fantastic information in there for us all to work on. He was also presented with a beautiful nafudakake by our Paul Sensei by way of our thanks.
