A Great Day's Training In York

Spoilt we were at this morning’s course in York. Sessions from Mike Gude Sensei 6th Dan (Haxby), our very own Paul Sensei, then Keith Gullen Sensei 7th Dan (York).

Good mix of grades and ages, lots of fun and fab to see people from local clubs.
